This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Braktr Vurdx processes refund requests for services purchased through braktrvurdx.com. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms described in this document.
1. General Principles
Braktr Vurdx is committed to providing high-quality mentorship and educational services in database design and architecture. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms outlined below. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered eligible under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within the applicable refund window described in Section 3.
- The service purchased has not been substantially accessed or consumed.
- The request is accompanied by a clear explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction.
- No prior refund has been issued to the same account for the same or similar service.
Refunds will not be considered in the following situations:
- The refund window has expired.
- A significant portion of the service, session, or program has been accessed or delivered.
- The request is based on a change of personal circumstances unrelated to service quality.
- The client has violated the Terms of Service or acceptable use guidelines.
- Promotional, discounted, or complimentary services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Refund Windows
3.1 Single Sessions
Refund requests for individual mentorship sessions must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Requests submitted after this deadline or following session completion will not be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Braktr Vurdx if a documented technical failure prevented the session from taking place.
3.2 Subscription Plans
For recurring subscription plans, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial charge for a new subscription period. Refunds are not available for renewals where the client has already accessed services within the renewed period. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
3.3 Mentorship Programs and Packages
For structured mentorship programs or multi-session packages, a refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that no more than one session or module has been accessed. After this window, or after more than one session has been delivered, refunds will not be issued. In exceptional cases, a pro-rated credit toward future services may be offered at the company's discretion.

Incomplete requests may result in delays or denial of the refund.
5. Processing and Timelines
Upon receipt of a valid refund request, Braktr Vurdx will review and respond within 5 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved. Braktr Vurdx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Setup fees or onboarding charges.
- Any service described as non-refundable at the point of purchase.
- Digital materials, recordings, or downloadable resources that have been accessed.
- Services rendered in full.
- Currency conversion fees or international transaction charges imposed by third parties.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of the account and restriction of access to services. Braktr Vurdx reserves the right to contest any chargeback that does not comply with the terms of this policy and to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor as part of the dispute resolution process.
8. Service Failures and Technical Issues
If a session or service could not be delivered due to a verified technical failure or error on the part of Braktr Vurdx, the client is entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost. Such cases must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
9. Changes to This Policy
Braktr Vurdx reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
